A team of first aiders on bicycles has been trained to provide assistance at festivals, marathons and other major events in the UK.
The riders serve as quick response ambulances at locations where crowds make it difficult for large vehicles to reach casualties quickly.
Each bike carries vital kit to help the first aiders treat patients before paramedics and ambulances arrive.
This includes bandages, aspirin, oxygen and an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED), used to re-start people’s hearts.
